Memorial Plaque

The work on the Memorial Plaque is now complete. The Plaque was created by the ALL-CRAFT WELLMAN PRODUCTS, INC. of Willougby, Ohio. The owner, Gil Wellman, was personally involved throughout the design and manufacturing process. He took a sincere interest in our project. We were very fortunate to have found this company. It was a terrific experience working with Gil Wellman and his employees. He gave us a true likeness of Officer McCloskey and also gave us the ability to tell what Joe McCloskey means to us and to his 37 years of service to the youth of Tacony.
